These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ArcLine Automation website at arclineautomation.com and any services provided by ArcLine Automation, operated by A V Ventures LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or booking a call, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

ArcLine Automation provides managed AI automation services for home service and trades businesses, including but not limited to AI voice agents, automated follow-up systems, appointment scheduling, and CRM integration. Service terms for individual clients are governed by a separate service agreement.

2. SMS Messaging Terms

You may voluntarily opt in to receive SMS text messages from ArcLine Automation at the phone number you provide. SMS consent is separate from and not required to book a call, complete a booking, or receive our services. To opt in, check the SMS consent box where provided on our booking or contact forms. These messages may include:

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and engagement. You may receive up to 5 messages per inquiry.

Message and data rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt-out: You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent.

No sharing: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Supported carriers: SMS messaging is available on all major US carriers. Carrier support may vary.

Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Age requirement: By opting in to SMS communications, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

3. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not use this site to transmit any unsolicited communications or engage in any activity that could harm ArcLine Automation or its users.

ArcLine Automation is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Our total liability in any matter arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the prior 30 days.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
